You can request account deletion at any time — you do not need a reason, and there is no charge. You don't need to be signed in to read this page.
What gets deleted
- Your customer profile, saved addresses, and phone number.
- Detergent, fragrance, handling, and notification preferences.
- Support conversation history.
What we may retain
Order and payment records may be retained as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations. These records do not include your card details — payments are processed entirely by Stripe.
How to request deletion
- Sign in and go to your Profile page.
- Under “Delete account”, tap Request account deletion.
- Our team confirms and completes the deletion within 30 days.
You can also request deletion by sending us a message from the in-app Support page after signing in.
Good to know
Deleting your Kwantem Laundry customer account does not affect any separate Kwantem applications or accounts. If you have an active order, we'll help you complete it first.
