Kwantem Laundry provides pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery of general household laundry, booked through this app and operated by Kwantem Enterprise LLC.

Pricing is based on the package you select — $66 for up to 10 lbs, $88 for up to 20 lbs, $120 for up to 30 lbs, and $152 for up to 40 lbs. All pickups must be scheduled at least two calendar days in advance. Same-Day Return is available for an additional $20 on the scheduled service date; next-day return is included at no extra charge. Each additional 22-gallon bag beyond the 4 Bags package is $15 (up to 20 lbs per bag) and is selected at booking.

We do not accept dry cleaning items, rugs, or other specialty items. Comforters and blankets are accepted only when purchased as a $25 add-on at booking — they must be standard machine-washable items and are not included in the bag weight limit. Laundry must be left at the designated doorstep location. Laundry workers do not enter homes, and clean folded laundry is returned to the same designated location. We do not accept clothing affected by pests, blood, mold, or other biohazards. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, lost personal items, machine damage caused by undisclosed objects, normal wear, shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage caused by incorrect care labels or undisclosed special-care requirements.

Customers may schedule and pay as a guest. Creating an account is optional and provides easier order tracking plus notifications about eligible laundry discounts and promotions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds. You may cancel a scheduled order before pickup through support; refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Availability is confirmed by ZIP code at booking. While we are expanding across all 50 states, service in a given area depends on driver coverage and demand. Times shown are windows, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, traffic, or volume.

Our liability for lost or damaged laundry is limited to the value of the items up to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for normal wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage from normal washing, or items washed according to standard laundering practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
