What we do with your laundry
Careful Handling
Your laundry is treated with care from the moment it leaves your doorstep. Every order is handled individually and laundered according to the preferences you set at booking — no mixing of preferences between customers.
Your Detergent Choices
Choose the detergent that fits your household: Standard, Free & Clear, or Hypoallergenic. Pick your fragrance — none, fresh linen, lavender, or citrus — and whether to include fabric softener. All supplies are provided and included in your price.
Washing & Drying
Everyday laundry is washed and dried using settings suited to general garments, following the selections you made at booking. Items that need speciality care, like dry cleaning, are not part of the service so nothing gets treated with the wrong process.
Neat Folding
Everything is folded neatly and ready to put away the moment it's returned. No sorting is required on your end — our team separates your laundry before washing.
Contactless Pickup & Doorstep Return
Pick a pickup location that works for you — your porch, front door, or another designated spot — and add instructions if you'd like. Your laundry partner collects your bagged laundry from that spot and returns it fresh and folded to the same location.
Our partners never enter your home
Pickup and return always happen at your designated doorstep location — your porch, front door, or another spot you choose. Our laundry partners do not enter customers' homes, and you never need to be home for your pickup or delivery.
Kwantem Laundry handles general laundry. Dry cleaning, rugs, pet bedding, and household linens are not accepted, and comforters or blankets are only accepted when booked as an add-on with your confirmation. See our FAQs for details.
